Download Gpedit Windows 7
Assume that you update the ADML and ADMX file to the Windows 10, version 1803 version. When you open gpedit.msc, you receive the following error:
For those are able to run the completely setup as instructed above but after running the gpedit.msc not able to see any data in the window or blank window. You need to run the gpedit as administrator, by right clicking on the gpedit.msc file and run as administrator. It will show up the data. So, all they need to do is type gpedit.msc in Run dialogue box & hit ENTER, Group policy editor screen will open instantly. But, for Windows users who are using Home premium, Home Basic or starter Windows 7/8/10 editions, doing this will show an error message that gpedit.msc not available. Use this forum to discuss miscellaneous issues that cannot be covered in any other Windows 7. Gpedit.msc fails: could not open the Group Policy Object on this.

Resolution
To fix this issue, download the updated ADMX package by using the following link. Then, use the updated SearchOCR.ADMX and SearchOCR.ADML files from it.
Workarounds
To work around this issue:
Add the missing String to the 1803 version of SearchOCR.adml
Copy the old Windows 10, version 1511 version of SearchOCR.admx to the system. This file was not updated after Windows 10, version 1511 until the Windows 10, version 1803 release.
To update SearchOCR.adml follow these steps:

Amtlib cs6 patch. Locate the file in the pathPolicyDefinitionsen-US folder
Make a backup copy of SearchOCR.adml in case that you make a mistake editing the file
Open the file in a text editor. (If you use notepad.exe, turn on the Status Bar on the View menu)
Locate line 26
Add a blank line. Line 26 should now be blank.
On the blank line 26 paste this text: <string>Microsoft Windows 7 or later</string>
Save the file.
